- Description
- This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source modification for Air Traffic Control Systems Engineering, Installation, and Technical Support Services to Serco, Inc., Vienna, VA under contract N65236-02-D-3712. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The sole source modification will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 as the current contractor is the only known source available to satisfy the agency needs during the period ending 31 August 2008. The proposed ceiling increase will provide continued support to critical programs while pursuing the award of a competitive, follow-on contract.
