- Description
- Single award term contract for Department of Health and Human Services, Centers of Disease Control. Beginning March 1, 2008, and ending February 28, 2009, with four possible option years. Quality Level II is required. These specifications cover the production of a magazine requiring such operations as electronic prepress, proofs, printing (four-color process), binding, packing, addressing, mailing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 12 orders per year. QUANTITY: Approximately 25,500 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: Approximately 100 to approximately 200 pages. TRIM SIZE: 7-7/8" x 10-1/2". Mail Domestic Singles f.o.b. contractor's city to approximately 15,675 destinations. Deliver the balance of the copies f.o.b. destination to Annapolis Junction, MD 20701. Complete production and delivery is required within 7 workdays. Complete specifications will be available on the Atlanta GPO web site once they are issued.
