Description: The Postal Service plans to issue a Fixed Price Contract to renovate approximately 10,000 interior square feet of an existing building for a postal carrier annex. The building is located at 165 White Horse Pike in Clementon, New Jersey. The work consists of complete renovation of a single-story warehouse, including flooring, ceilings, partitions, electrical, plumbing , and HVAC. The work also includes the addition of exterior doors. All work is to be done in accordance with USPS approved plans and specifications. The estimated cost range is $900,000 to $1,100,000 with construction completion within 180 calendar days from notice to proceed.
