Description: The United States Postal Service intends to award a Design Build GMP Competitive contract for the design and construction of a new Processing and Distribution Center Facility (Project # Q65776) in Richmond, VA. The construction estimates for this project are in the range of $78,000,000 to $82,000,000. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to design and construction of a new 715,746+/- gross square foot new facility on an existing 61+/- acre site located at 5801 Technology Blvd, Sandston VA 23150.
