- Description
- This project replaces an existing gas/oil boiler in the tower to a larger size that serves both the tower and the base building. The mechanical work will create a hot water loop between the tower and the base building to supply into and return from. The new boiler will be added onto the existing Trane Direct Digital Control system. The contractor shall provide detailed plan and elevation views of mechanical rooms with air handling units, ductwork, piping and miscellaneous equipment on shop drawings/submittals. It is intended the work occur between April and October when the requirement for heat is at a minimum.
