Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for the rental and service of 35 Portable Latrines, 10 hand washing stations, and cleaning of 3 shower trailers plus the removal of grey water and black water from the eq uipment for a period of One (1) Year with an additional three years as option years. You may quote brand name or equal. If quoting equal, you must provide literature with your quote showing equal specification. If you quote equal, limit your literature with your quote to 4 MB. There are 5 Contract Line Item Numbers. CLIN 0001 is for Thirty-Five(35) Portable Latrines situated at differing locations throughout the Fort Riley area for a period of One year with an additional three years as option years. CL IN 0002 is for ten(10) hand wash stations situated at differing locations throughout the Fort Riley area for a period of One year with an additional three years as option years. CLIN 0003 is for Three(3) shower trailers to be cleaned situated at differing locations throughout the Fort Riley area for a period of One year with an additional three years as option years. CLIN 0004 is for the removal of Greywater in accordance with the PWS/PRS for a period of One year with an additional three years as option yea rs. CLIN 0005 is for the removal of Black water from the buildings during the one year period and with an additional three years as option years. The Government contemplates award of a single contract resulting from this solicitation. Your price shall be FOB destination, delivered and offloaded. Contract will be FFP. The Contractor will propose the delivery date in his quote to FORT RILEY, K ANSAS 66442. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 effective on June 30, 2007. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 332311 with a size standard of 500 personnel. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination.
