Description

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit issues its opinions in written and electronic forms. Judges within the Circuit, other courts, lawyers, and the general public require copies of the court?s decisions. The contractor shall print and mail paper opinion copy booklets to subscribers and shall provide an electronic copy to the Circuit. The contractor shall provide transportation, handling and related service necessary to pick up the original slip opinions at the court and deliver the finished opinion copy booklets to the court and subscribers. Services required by this solicitation include, but are not limited to, proofreading and correcting text provided by the court, formatting the opinion, printing the required number of slip opinion copies, transmitting data electronically, and mailing, or delivering by other methods, printed opinions to the court and subscribers. Anticipated performance period is one year and four one-year options.
