- Description
- This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 5962-01-274-7928. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturer is Hamilton Sundstrand (73030), P/Ns: 796626-5, 797200-120, 808124-1. This solicitation opens on 3/3/08 and closes on 4/3/08. This requirement is for a quantity of 22 each. Proposed procurement does not contain an option for increased quantities. The Government?s requested delivery time is 660 days. FOB is at destination and inspection/acceptance are also at destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12, 22, and 26.
