- Description
- The VA Midwest Healthcare Network has a requirement for handicapped transportation services for eligible beneficiaries from the VA Medical Center Twin Ports Outpatient Clinic (TPOPC), Superior, WI. Requirement will include all labor and vehicles required to transport non-ambulatory/handicapped patients for the period of April 1, 2008 (or date of award) through September 30, 2008 with Options to Renew for three (3) 12-month periods. Offers will be evaluated technically on facilities, vehicles, driver/driver qualifications, etc. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about February 14, 2008 and will be issued via Fed Biz Opps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov with proposals due by 3:30 P.M. March 12, 2008. Offerors are responsible for checking the web site regularly to obtain amendments. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing. Proposals may be submitted in writing or electronically to the issuing office, must be in accordance with the preparation instructions outlined in the solicitation, and be timely.
