- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM-LCMC) Acquisition Center - Washington intends to award a purchase order on a firm-fixed price basis to provide seventeen (17) SecureOffice Trusted Workstation, ( Fat client version)(2 Networks) TCS-1017; seventeen (17)SecureOffice Trusted Workstation Mobile Maintenance,(1 Year), TCS-1017AM; forty eight (48) SecureOffice Trusted Gateway (Up to 4 CPU), TCS-1 072; forty eight (48) SecureOffice Trusted Gateway Mobile Maintenance (1 Year), TCS-1072AM; sixteen (16) SecureOffice Trusted Releaser (Required TGS) (2 Networks), TCS-1073; sixteen (16) SecureOffice Trusted Releaser Mobile Maintenance (1 Year), TCS-1072AM . All responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required software licenses may submit a quote to be considered. It is requested that the items be separately priced in the quotes provided. All respo nses should be received via e-mail within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this notice. The anticipated award date is ten (10) days from the closing date of this notice. The software licenses shall be delivered within five (5) days from award date. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFAR 252.204-7004. In addition, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Repr esentations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: https://orca.bpn.gov/. A written solicitation will not be issued.
