- NOTICE OF INTENT: 59 ??? Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components Contract Specialist: Ron Kennedy, Code 2.2.6RK, Telephone (843) 218-5820; Fax (843) 218-5963; Contracting Officer: Paula S. Somers, Telephone (843) 218-5976; Fax (843) 218-5963. Description: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to negotiate, on a sole-source basis, with General Standards Corp., 8302-A Whitesburg Drive, Huntsville, AL. The contract will include a base year and four one-year options for Analog and Digital Boards, and Standard Speed Sigma-Delta Boards. These components, which are proprietary to General Standards Corp., are being procured based on compatibility with existing prime equipment associated with the Joint Threat Warning System. A Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract is anticipated. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The applicable NAICS Code is 334418 and FSC Code 5998 applies.
