Description

See Note 22. The Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a firm, fixed price contract to furnish and install one each AH64/UH60 Combination Laser Tracker Airframe Checking Fixture at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christ i, Texas. Negotiations to be conducted solely with ADC Engineering Technology Inc. under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition. There are no equals. Solicitation to be issued on or about 1 5 February 2008. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be co nsidered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic inquirie s. Send all requests for the solicitation package to peggy.echols@us.army.mil.
