Description

See Note 22. Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a firm, fixed price contract to purchase no-mask conforming fixtures in an effort to maintain the existing fixtures currently in place at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpu s Christi, Texas. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Advanced Tooling Corporation under the authority of 10 USC 2304(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1 due to data and patents owned by Advanced Tooling Corporation. There are no equals. Request for Quote w ill be issued on or about 15 February 2008. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Governme nt. No telephonic inquiries. Send all requests for the solicitation package to peggy.echols@us.army.mil.
