Description

The United States Fish & Wildlife Service, Aquatic Nuisance Species Task Force has a requirement for a Technical Writer to attend two yearly meeting and assemble meeting notes/minutes and presentations into professional documents suitable for public release by providing services and support as set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW). The base period of performance is anticipated to be April 01, 2008 through April 01, 2009, and will include 1 (one) one-year options. The applicable NAICS Code is 561410, size standard $6.5 million. This effort is a 100% small business set-aside, firm-fixed price contract and will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offeror must demonstrate a work history and experience required to meet the deliverables outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Award will be made to the responsible offeror who submits the best overall proposal with appropriate consideration given to (3) major factors; Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance. Award will be subject to the Availability of Funds. Solicitation/RFQ 201818Q005, will be issued on the National Business Center, Interior Department Electronic Acquisition System - Electronic Commerce (IDEAS-EC) web-site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on February 15, 2008, with quotations due March 7, 2008.
