Other than full and open competition. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery 720 days after receipt of order. Configuration control applies. C-2 Aircraft. Quantity is for 45 each. This is a Critical Application Item. The solicitation issue date 1 June 2007 with a closing date 2 July 2007.
