- This procurement is solicited as an unrestricted Best Value requirement for Occupational Health Medical Services for District and field offices within the South Atlantic Division (SAD) region. Contract will be awarded with a Base year and four opti on years. Within each year, there are options for various services for 5 District Offices listed. The Bid Schedule is provided separately in FedTeds and not included in Solicitation package. Services will be provided to other federal employees of parti cipating agencies. It is the Governments intent for federal employees to commute to local physicians offices or clinics within a 25 mile distance (unless a further distance is approved) of Corps District or field office. A traveling medical unit could be used to provide services in remote areas. The base year of the contract will provide Occupational Health Services to Federal Employees in the District of Wilmington, NC, and Charleston, SC(inclusive of field offices). Additionally, the base year of th e contract will provide physician services to the USACE on-site clinics in Jacksonville, FL and Savannah, GA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621111. The size standard for which is a concern, includin g its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $9 million for the past three years. The solicitation package will be available on or about 15 Feb 2008. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Gove rnment reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Solicitation documents will be posted on FedTeDs. When solicitation documents have been issued and posted to FedTeds, synopsis or pre-solic itation notice will be amended and a link provided to access FedTeds. The process to download from FedTeds will be provided with the link. Interested bidders should select the Begin Vendor/Contractor Registration Process option. The information listed below is required to register. 1. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (M PIN). 2. DUNS Number or Cage Code. 3. Telephone Number. 4. E-mail address. No telephone faxed or mailed request will be accepted. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information.
