- Amendment No. One(1) is issued 11/28/07 against Solicitation 6FLS-N8-070363-N for FSC 5120, Miscellaneous Hand Tools. The Proposal Due Date (bid Closing) remains December 10, 2007 at 2:00p.m., CST. This amendment modifies the solicitation as follows: 1) Items 1, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 are removed from the Total Small Business Set Aside. NOTE: Item 19 remains set aside for Small Business (Refer to Attachments 1 and 3 of the Amendment No. 1). and 2) The Estimated Peak Monthly Requirement (EPMR) as shown in the Schedule of Items for Items 1-7, 9-14, and 17-19 have been revised (Refer to Attachment 2). To acknowledge receipt of this amendment, make sure to print a copy of the SF30, Amendment No. 1 and sign and submit with your proposal. Original RFP Synopsis: GSA, FAS, Heartland Global Supply intends to establish a Stock Requirements contract containing Seventeen (17) NSN's. Solicitation 6FLS-N8-070363-N is issued on 11/06/2007 for FSC 5120, Miscellaneous Hand Tools. The period of this contract will be for two years with 3 one-year options with an economic price adjustment, beginning on 02/01/2008 or date of award, through 01/31/2010. Items 1, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 19 are set-aside for small business concerns. Items 2-5, 13-18 are being solicited unrestricted. Items 6 & 10 were deleted from the solicitation. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for Individual NSN requirements and components. Delivery will be FOB Destination. Delivery is required to be made at destination within 60 calendar days after receipt of order. Proposals will be evaluated based upon the following factors: Past Performance and price. Cost or price will be LESS important than Past performance. Please refer to the solicitation for all applicable clauses and provisions.
