- AMENDMENT 0002 FOR COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION HSCG85-08-Q-625390 (BERTHING OF CREWS FOR VARIOUS WPB'S) 1. Amendment 0001 was sent out without the attachments being instituted properly. 2. Please see the attached questions and answers to the "Request for Clarification" for the "Request For Quote" (RFQ). NOTE: Acknowledge receipt of ALL Amendments in your bid. Questions/Answers to Request for Clarification with regards to Berthing of Crews for Various WPB?s 1. Question: Will weekly housekeeping or biweekly (once every two weeks) be acceptable instead of daily housekeeping? Answer: Only daily housekeeping will be acceptable. 2. Question: Will you consider fully-furnished apartments as well as hotels? Answer: We will consider fully-furnished apartments. 3. Question: Would a hotel with balconies be acceptable? Answer: Hotels with balconies would be fine as long as they meet all the other requirements of the Specification. 4. Question: When is decision date for the projects? Answer: Please see the last paragraph on page 5 of 5 of the Solicitation: All quotations must be submitted via email no later than 28 February 2008 by 11:00a.m. Award decision is expected to follow within five working days. NOTE: Acknowledge receipt of ALL Amendments in your bid. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-FEB-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
