- IQC07335009021: This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Wire Rope Assembly used on a F-14 Tomcat Aircraft . Request for Proposal SPM4A6-08-R-0434 will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved sources of supply: Voto Manufacturers (Cage 2T437). This is a sourced controlled item. It also is a Navy Critical Safety Item. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN: 1640-01-225-9712; Base Year AEQ: 492 each, Option Year AEQ: 492 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, 90 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or March 7, 2008 . The anticipated award date April 7, 2008. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies.
