- NSN 6135-01-527-9592, Battery, Lithium Manganese, Non-Rechargeable. Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is 1068 EA, PR IQC08023009040. The solicitation will include a term of one base period plus four option periods. This IQC will support CONUS DLA Direct requirements. Origin inspection required. The Government's required delivery schedule is 102 days ARO. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. The solicitation will be issued as "other than full and open competition procedures" under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This is a 3C procurement, Configuration Control Applies. This is a Critical Application Item. Surge requirements exist for this NSN. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, vendors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR). Annual updates to the registration will be required.
