- SOLICITATION FOR NSN: 4933-01-516-1709, PR IQC07345009030, MAINTENANCE FIXTURE, WEAPON. This requirement is for a sole source item to Concept Development Corporation under cage code 0W2A5 for part number APC-100D. DSCR may or may not currently have an approved bidset available for this NSN. If bidset exists for this material/NSN, it will be posted at the following website: https//pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. This solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Solicitation will include one base year and four addtional option years. It will be issued FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The following are the estimated ordering limitations: Maximum contract quantity for the base year and each option year 480 each. Guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year is 60 each. Minimum quantity per delivery order for stock is 60 each. Maximum quantity per delivery order for stock is 240 each. Estimated annual demand quantity is 480 for base year and each option. The PDLT is 49 days. This is not a commercial item. Automated Best Value System (ABVSD): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solcitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS site at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is 29 February 2008.
