- Sources Sought for a Subcontractor to provide professional, skilled subject matter personnel to perform technical services for the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives Testing & Evaluation (CBRNE T&E) Department. These services shall assist the Homeland Security and Defense Applications (HS&DA) Remote Sensing Laboratory (RSL) mission of National Security Technologies LLC (NSTec) (Contractor) in providing support of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) tests which are vital to national security. See the attached Draft Statement of Work and Labor categories with descriptions and estimated numbers of hours describing the requirement. Please note that attached are drafts and that the RFP will be the governing document. Department of Energy Q clearances are required at start of work. To be considered to receive a copy of the RFP when issued, Potential Offerors shall provide a Project Summary that demonstrates how the Offeror will provide the personnel who possess the necessary skills to support the statement of work and demonstrate that is has the experience required by the statement of work. The Award will be based on Best Value. Responses are due by September 27, 2007. Please respond via email.
