- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice for 70 EACH Infantry Lifter and Battery Protection Boxes. The bo xes are 26 wide by 36 long by 18 tall, material: Battleshield, Front plate ? thick and slanted, Side plate 3/8 thick with handle on the sides, approx. weight 180 lbs. Upper plate will need to be cut 4 deeper for lifter clearance. Boxes are similar to the ILCPB box produced by Precision Products. Units will be delivered to Camp Shelby, Mississippi 39407-5500. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicita tion number DAHA22-08-T-0008 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23.
