- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911QX08T0061. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotation RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-27. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334511. The small business size standard is 750. The following is a list of co ntract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): 0001 - Camera in accordance with specifications: 1 megapixel sensor, 12-bit color. Minimum 5000 frames/sec at maximum resolution of 1024 x 1024 pixel, variable to 128 x 128 pixels at 180000 fr/s. Controllable shutter down to 1 microsecond exposure time. 32GB memory downloadable to a PC. 1 Each 0002 - Telephoto, wide angle, zoom, 24-85mm f2.8 1 Each Delivery shall be made to the Army Research Laboratory, Aberdeen Proving Ground, APG, MD 21005-5001. Acceptance shall be performed at Army Research Laboratory, Aberdeen Proving Ground, APG, MD 21005-5001. The FOB point is the Army Research Laboratory, Aberdeen Provin g Ground, APG, MD 21005-5001. The FOB point is destination.
