Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation W81K02-08-R-0052 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The NAICS code for this procurement is 423450. The SIC code is 5047. The small business size is 500. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Med ical Center, Hawaii intends to award a contract for the purchase of five (5) universal fit test systems. The Government anticipates negotiating a sole source requirement with TSI Inc. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.
