Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and perform all operations in connection with the accomplishment of removal of biological debris and contaminates, and testing of contaminates in the U.S. Army Reserve Garrison, Ft. Dix, NJ, FOB Dining Facility Building 5985. All services performed will be in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. SPECIAL NOTE: THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE AND START OF SERVICES SHOULD BEGIN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AWARD RECEIPT. ALL PROPOSALS SUBMITTED MUST INDICATE APPROXIMATE DATE SERVICES ARE TO BEGIN.
