Description

The National Park Service (NPS) is soliciting proposals for the work noted below: ***** A) Brief description of project scope: Removal, disposal, and replacement of residential doors and windows at a single story single family residence in the Yampa District housing area, 2 miles East of Dinosaur, CO. ***** B) Estimated price range: Less than $25,000. ***** C) Solicitation: The Request for Proposals (RFP) and future amendments may be obtained by submitting an e-mail request to John Chaney at john_chaney@nps.gov and Jeff Sneddon at jeff_sneddon@nps.gov ***** D) Proposals due: Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 11:59pm Mountain time. ***** E) Set Aside: Contract award is set-aside for an emerging small business. For this acquisition an emerging small business is one with average annual receipts less than $15,500,000. All responsible emerging small businesses may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the National Park Service. Refer to section "I" for additional information. ***** F) Site Visit: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
