- Description
- This is a requirement for the purchase of one light single engine airplane in support of the US Fish and Wildlife Service Office of Law Enforcement. The aircraft must meet the following minimum requirements: Landing gear: Amphibious floats Configuration: High wing. Seating: Two (2) seats, in a tandem arrangement, including pilot and one passenger/observer. Weight: A minimum useful load of 600 pounds while configured with amphibious floats, to allow shallow water access into marsh areas and lakes. Range: 2.5 hours endurance Powerplant: 180 horsepower Baggage: 50 pounds with right side access Cruise Speed: 80 knots at 75% power and 5000ft. Target Aircraft Characteristics: Instrumentation: Digital engine instrumentation package Seats: Leather, with memory foam Storage: Seat back pockets and map pockets Propeller: Constant speed This requirement is not set aside for smaill business.
