Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide propane gas into a Government-owned tank system at Bldg 4085 on Yokota Air Base as defined in this Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS). NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
