Description: DESCRIPTION: The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 for consulting services with the National Academy of Sciences (NAS), on behalf of the DHS/Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO). The sole source action will be processed pursuant to the FY 2008 Omnibus Joint Homeland Security Appropriations which directs to obtain consultation services from NAS to support Secretarial certification.
