Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be separately issued. This requirement is to support the Department of the Army Civilian Personnel System Branch. Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide perform Workforce Analysis Support System (WASS) and Civilian Forecasting System (CIVFORS) modeling as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The PWS addresses the on-going operations and maintenance support of the WASS/CIVFORS applications for the Army which includes other federal agencies currently being serviced by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Department Of State (DOS) as well as those that may need similar support in the f uture. The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), in support of the Department of The Army Civilian Personnel Systems Branch will solicit and administer this requirement. This RFP is solicited as full and open competition. An Indefinite Delivery Indefi nite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract single award contract with Firm-Fixed Price task orders. The Period of Performance is for one (1) base year with four (4) option years estimated to begin 01 April 2008. All inquiries must be in writing via email to nancy. lyons@hqda.army.mil. Any/all questions must be submitted by 03 March 2008 @ 10:00 a.m. eastern standard time. Answers will be posted on or about 05 March 2008. The RFP closing date is 11 March 2008 @ 11:00 a.m. eastern standard time.
