- This is a large purchase buy for NSN 5855-01-331-8502. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Items will be solicited I/A/W US Army Communications & Electronics Readiness Command Logistics Eng. Dir Dwg. A3144480 (80063)P/N A3144480. This solicitation will be issued on 03/14/08 and closes 04/14/08. This requirement is for a quantity of 1020 assemblies. The Government's requested delivery is 250 days which includes a Contractor's First Article Test of 2 units in 30 days and government evaluation of 60 days. FOB is destination and inspection/acceptance is at origin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOps on its issue date of 03/14/08. See Notes 1 and 26.
