- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item 1660-00-887-6991, 0017737268, Parts Kit, Air Flow, P/N 591429-1 is a critical application item, sole source to Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE 70210). Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Total Quantity: 83 each; all 83 pieces are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA with a delivery of 162 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is March 14, 2008 with a closing date of April 14, 2008. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
