- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), anticipates soliciting for proposals to support potato cyst nematode eradication activities in Idaho. The service will be soil treatments of Methyl Bromide Chloropicrin in Bingham & Bonneville Counties. The solicitation and the specifications will be made available electronically at this website only. Paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will not be issued. All changes to the pre-solicitation notice, solicitation and any attachments will be posted to this website: www.FedBizOpps.gov.
