- This project is a request for quotations to provide Mental Health Services at the Pine Ridge Job Corps, Chadron, Nebraska. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. Mental Health Consultant shall be licensed by the state of Nebraska as a Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatric Social Worker, and/or Mental Health Counselor under the Supervision of one of the above. All other requirements are included in the solicitation, which shall be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading. The performance period is 365 calendar days, July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, for the base period with 4 option year periods. The NAICS code is 621112. The small business size standard is $9 million. This project is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The estimated price range for the base year is between $25,000 and $100,000. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
