- The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to provide one (1) lowered floor mini van for VA driver rehabilitation program, for use with patients of various disabilities, customized with kneeling system, ramp, including but not limited to hi-tech driving equipment to be used with hi-level quadriplegic patients, hand controls & left foot accelerator for use with amputees & CVA patients, tie down system. Contractor shall provide easy access to Government for training, repair & advice as needed. This van shall be delivered to the Department of Veterans Affairs, John Cochran VA Medical Center, 915 N. Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO. 63106. Specifications, Offer Evaluation Criteria, and Offer Submission Information will be released with solicitation. Solicitation is due to be released on or about March 12, 2008. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Acquisition. Solicitations will be provided to written requests only.
