- Description
- The Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Adspace Network. Adspace Network has exclusive agreements w ith Cross Creek Mall. Adspace Network is the ONLY authorized single source provider for ads and commercial displays in Cross Creek property. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Contractor shall des ign, develop and provide advertisement services to be aired on Cross Creek Food Courts screens located at Fayetteville, North Carolina. This requirement will have a period of performance that begins 1 March 2008 through 28 February 2009. The North Americ an Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541850 Display Advertising , with a small business size standard of $6,500.000.00. Interested parties may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Res ponses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, 25 February 2008.
