- Commercial Supply with Non-Personal Services. The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, materials and management necessary to furnish washer and dryer services of non-coin-operated washers and dryers in cert ain building located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The successful offeror shall also furnish technically qualified personnel to provide equipment repair. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 532210 is applicable to this acquisition. Th e applicable size standard is $6.5 million. The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for small business Request for Proposal (RFP). Contract award will be made on the basis of Best Value. Evaluation factors will be listed in order of importa nce in the RFP. Award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. Supply/services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 13.5 Test Program For Certain Commercial Items. The expected award shall consist of one base p eriod of performance ( 1 June 08, or date of award, through 30 Sep 08) and five option periods of performance. There is no guarantee that any option period of performance will be exercised. The entire solicitation package will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and the Fort Sill Directorate of Contracting homepage at http://sill-www.army.mil/doc/. Requests for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be ho nored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps and Directorate of Contracting websites for the release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments. The RFP will be issued on or about 12 MAR 2008. There will b e a pre-proposal conference/site visit that all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Specific date and time for the site visit will be provided in the solicitation. The closing date for submission of offers will be on or about 11 APR 2008, 4:00 p .m CST. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a c ontract. Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on CCR registration at the following website: http://www.ccr.gov/. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay f or any bid/proposal preparation costs.
