Description
Amendment 0001- Scope of Work Changes For B360 Project Page 3 of Amendment 0001, dated 11 February 2008 REVISED SCOPE CHANGES FOR PROJECT B360 IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND PART OF AMENEDMENT 0001 FOR B360 1. Delete General Note #13 refering to disturbed tile, as there is no tile work that will be disturbed. 2. The Window Schedule calls for two windows of type W3A. Only one window exists of th is approximate dimension. It is not shown on the drawings but can be found on the South Elevation, on the portion of the building that is one story. Additionally, there are two more W2 windows (on the one story portion of the South Elevation) that are no t accounted for on the elevations or the window schedule that need to be included as part of the bid. 3. For type W1 windows, the Building Elevation indicates two seperate fixed windows while the Window Elevations indicate only one fixed window. Th e Building Elevation is correct, window W1 shall have two seperate fixed windows on the upper portion of the window. 4. While drawings call for windows to be removed from the exterior, the Government is open to alternate solutions that may be more c ost effective. 5. Government has no additional information on 1st floor windows. Any manufacturer can be used for the window replacement on 2nd and 3rd floor provided that they meet the specifications and match the 1st floor windows in color and fi nish. 6. The building height is approximately 31 feet from ground to the upper edge of roof. 7. No specific manufacturer is called out for roofing. Any manufacturer can be used provided that roofing complies with drawings and notes. 8 . EFIS system disturbed as a result of window replacement shall recieve complete EFIS system (foam, base coat and mesh, and finish coat). The entire building shall be powerwashed, coated with STO Flexyl and mesh, and finished with STO Essence top coat or approved equal. 9. One half the windows on a floor will be released for window replacement at a time (i.e.: North Elevation 2nd floor will be released. Upon completion, North Elevation 3rd floor will be released and so on). 10. ALL OTHER TER MS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. 11.
