- Pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of hardware kits: 2.6 Hardware Kit The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed priced Requirements type contract for one base year and two additional option years. Estimated quantity per year is 10,000 Kits. Period of performance is estimated. Base year 7 April 2008 through 6 April 2009 2.6 Hardware Kits 10,000 Kits 1st Option Year 7 April 2009 through 6 April 2010 2.6 Hardware Kits 10,000 Kits 2nd Option Ye ar 7 April 2010 through 6 April 2011 2.6 Hardware Kits 10,000 Kits The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). Solicitation date: O/A 7 March 2008, Closing date: O/A 1 April 2008. The annotated closing date for the solicitation i s an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
