Description
PRON: AX8F0187AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 22 each minimum to 110 each maximum of a Control Stick, Aircr, NSN: 1680-01-552-6201, Part Number: 70400-0140 1-069 applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 22 each, 2nd Year, 22 each, 3rd Year, 22 each, 4th Year, 22 each, and 5th Year, 22 each. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery for 1s t Year is 22 each, 240 Days After Contract Award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286 because they are the only source approved to produce this part. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application. All offerors must meet prequalification requiremen ts in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adj usted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
