Description

Furnish solid waste removal and disposal services within the parks/areas of Dardanelle Field Office, Russellville, Arkansas, under the jurisdiction of Russellville Project Office, for the period 01 March 2008, or date of award, whichever is later, th rough 31 December 2008, with options to extend through 31 December 2011. Contractor shall furnish approximately 20 dumpsters for use in this contract. NAICS code is 562111, which has a small business size standard of $11,500,000.00. This acquisition is unrestricted (open to both large and small business) pursuant to FAR 19.1005 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Solicitation will be posted here on FedBizOpps and on the EBCMS site at: https://ebs.swf.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSol icitations.cfm on the issue date. Vendors are expected to monitor the solicitation at the same website, in order to receive notice of amendments, etc. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right t o revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Governments best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be a llowed. Solicitation will issue and be available on or about February 28, 2008. Bids will be due on or about March 13, 2008.
