- In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a contract to AGA Medical Corporation in the amount of $57,340.00 for Amplatzer ASD Septal Closure Device products for use in adult patients. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED and meet the surgeons' requirements. The Surgeons have determined that that these products will best meet the patients specific medical needs/requirements. SEE NOTE 22.
