Description

SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT DESC: Under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source to Amnis Corporation, 2505 Third Avenue Suite 210, Seattle, WA 98121-1480 for the purchase of the ImageStream Analyzer and its cooresponding sofare, upgrades, Analysis and Reagents. Failure to procure the ImageStream Analyzer would prevent the laboratory from performing some the requried test on assays, they need both a flow cytometry with imagery while also providing the large number of cells required for statistical validity. This is not a formal Solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored No Contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative writte n response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the the descretion of the Government.
