- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-05-G-0001 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), Bethpage, NY, 11714, for Phase 2 and 3 for the Taiwan E2T Po Sheng Message Implementation Matrix (MIMs) This effort will be negotiated on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). NGSC is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer and systems integrator of the E2T aircraft and weapon system and as such is the only firm with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required supplies and services in a timely manner for the purposes of meeting the FMS customer needs.
