- The Government intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price level of effort type contract for a single software maintenance contract, for a full year from the start date of the contract, all software maintenance and product upgrades (versions and product patches) for software supporting a total of three hundred (300) concurrent sessions of Jacada-Windows-Integrator-Deployment licenses, and a total of six (6) Jacada-Windows-Integrator-Developer Kits. These software products are integration tools used to create and maintain high payback, web-services based, transactional interfaces between various NAVFAC enterprise systems on Mainframe, Windows and Web platforms, including the Standard Procurement System (SPS), the Facilities Information System (FIS), eProjects, eContracts, WebCM and Single Platform Maximo (SPM). The proposed contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Jacada Inc., 400 Perimeter Center Terrace Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30346. The authority permi tting other then full and open competition is Title 10, U.S. Code, Section 2404(c)(1)as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
