- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, N00173-08-R-SE03, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-23 and DFARS Change Notice 20080124. The associated small business size standard is 750 employees. NRL has a requirement for: CLIN 0001--1 each 96-channel Horizontal Line Acoustic Array, CLIN 0002--DD1423 Documentation Data. Optional items: CLIN 0003--1 each 96-channel Horizontal Line Acoustic Array, CLIN 0004--2 each 32-channel Vertical Line Acoustic Array, CLIN 0005--200 Hydrophone/Preamplifiers and CLIN 0006 additional VLA cable.
