- This announcement serves as a notice of intent to extend the period of performance of contract N65236-03-D-5133 with Tactical Power Systems Corporation; Rangeley, ME through March 23, 2009 with a $1.5M increase. Tactical Power Systems Corporation is the only known source in the position to provide continuous support without duplication of costs prior to the release of the competitive procurement encompassing the services accomplished under the current contract. The competitive solicitation is anticipated for release in June 2008. The support to be accomplished under this modification is for USCENTAF communications backup power and UPS technical services. Requirements include: engineering, consulting, installation, preventative maintenance, emergency support, 24/7 telephone technical support, refurbishment, and logistical support in Southwest Asia. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Responses to this announcement shall be submitted in writing to Debbie Spencer, Code 225SD, Contract Specialist, Email: debra.a.spencer@navy.mil no later than 11 March 2008. See Numbered Note 22.
