- The Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 intends to award a sole source contract to HICKLIN ENGINEERING LC DBA: SUPERFLOW TECHNOLOGIES GROUP., 4060 DIXION STREET DES MOINES, IA 50313 FOR SYSTEM UPGRADE HICKLIN DYNAMOMETER TDAC CONTROL SYSTEM to support 2nd MAINT BN CLR 25 2D MLG, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina 28547, pursuant to FAR 5.2 and 13.106. Hicklin Engineering, LC, DBA Superflow Technologies is the sole manufacture for this service. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
