- The VA Central Iowa Health Care System, Des Moines, Iowa is soliciting for a capitated rate Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Ft. Dodge, Iowa. The clinic shall be a Contractor managed facility for the delivery and management of primary medical care, including preventive healthcare, patient education, and the continuity of that care for all eligible veterans residing in and around the Ft. Dodge Iowa area. Services shall be for a base year with four one-year renewal options. A pre-bid conference will be held at the VA Central Iowa Health Care Syste, 3600 30th Street, Des Moines, Iowa on March 3, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room. Interested parties may provide questions prior to the pre-bid conference so they can be addressed at that time. Solicitations shall be available on or about March 3, 2008 and shall be requested in writing. Faxed requests can be sent to 515/699-5866. Offer due date for proposals shall be April 2, 2008.
